We employ strategies, analyses, surveys, and the Stimmungsbarometer, a tool for tracking opinion, to gather empirical, structure-based data – the basis for identifying and tackling opportunities and weaknesses. We look beyond the superficial to find out where we need to focus our efforts. That applies to both the strategic and organizational level.
