What you need

You hold an university degree, have professional experience, and ideally you already have worked on transformation projects within the automotive industry. You are a strategical and abstract thinker, are able to focus on solutions, and you are passionate about tackling complex issues. You also need to be tenacious and flexible. In addition, you will not only know how to apply tried and tested methods reliably but also be open to and enthusiastic about new formats. You will need to be just as familiar with modern ways of working as with conventional project management. From experience you know the best way for getting optimal results is to work in a team. Furthermore, you will need above-average social and communication skills, and an excellent command of German and English.

What you will do

We will expect a great deal from you, and we will challenge you. You will work in one of our areas of expertise on shaping projects (or parts of projects) relating to key Audi-wide issues and will take on responsibility immediately. You will define structures and strategies, develop hypotheses, and design solutions, all the while acting as a partner to our customers. We work closely with our customers from all over the company. Your work will be more than just theoretical – you will also ensure that the results are actually put into practice.
